Adless Terms of Use

1. What you are getting
Adless is a media player for IPTV playlists that you supply, in M3U or Xtream Codes form. It provides no channels, no streams, no catalogue and no means of discovering any. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any content provider or IPTV service.
2. Your sources are yours
You must have the right to access every stream you add. Do not use Adless to view content you are not authorised to view. Streaming copyrighted material without permission is neither supported nor condoned, and nothing in the app is designed to help with it.
3. Third-party streams carry no warranty
Whether a stream plays, how good it looks, whether it stays up and whether it is lawful are matters between you and your provider. The app reports what it is told and plays what it is given.
4. Subscription
Adless is $1 per month or $11 per year after a seven-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms, and are managed from your Google Play account rather than from inside the app.
If a subscription check cannot be completed, for example because the device is offline, the app keeps working during a grace period rather than locking you out. That is a deliberate design decision, not an entitlement to indefinite free use.
5. Acceptable use
Do not redistribute the app, and do not modify or reverse engineer it in order to bypass the subscription. Ordinary personal use on devices you control is exactly what it is for.
6. Availability
Adless is provided as is. Features may change between versions, and some described as planned may not ship. The app has no backend, so nothing on the developer's side can take playback of your own sources offline.
7. Ending it
You can stop using Adless at any time by cancelling in Google Play and uninstalling. All local data goes with the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence is unaffected by this.
